Abstract. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of transformational leadership on organizational commitment, job satisfaction and performance of servants. Design of this study using survey method with data collection in cross-section through a questionnaire. The sampling is done via stratified random sampling using 197 servants. This study intens to to determine what factors influencing the students’ entrepreneurial interest of Bongaya Institute of Economics of Makassar (STIEM Bongaya Makassar). The population of the study was unidentified. However, the population clustering used the students on academic years of 2013 to 2015.
